Cancellation requests must be made in writing and received by Osstem Australia at least two months before the course start date to be eligible for a full refund. If the cancellation request is received less than two months before the course start date, a cancellation fee of $4000 will be charged. After the course begins, no refunds will be issued. Please note that this policy applies to all cancellations, regardless of the reason for cancellation.
